Returns info
You get 15 days to return your items starting from the order received date. We’ll gladly accept returning any unworn, unwashed tag kept or defective merchandise . Returns made within 15 days of the order received date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment.
You can use a traceable service when returning your item(s). This way you’ll know that it’s been delivered to us. You will receive an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and another after your refund processed.
Please note: Instead of returning, you could also contact service@worthtryit.com with a photo of the damage, defect or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. And you will get full refund in store credits without requesting returning item(s).
